Important Ordering Requirements: Custom Measurements and Returns.  All custom chase covers are made to order and are nonreturnable. For this reason, we do not accept customer-provided dimensions as the final basis for fabrication. Accurate measurements are essential to ensure the finished chase cover fits the chimney correctly, accommodates the flue configuration, and provides appropriate water management. Before fabrication begins, the required dimensions and specifications must be verified and approved through our ordering process. Please verify all required specifications before authorizing fabrication.
